The Man Card

I will be the first to admit that I was a little "uninspired" while making this card, and I don't think it's some of my best work.  But, I thought I would post it anyway.  I promise I will give you something a little more inspired in the man department very soon.  In fact, I know of a couple men who have birthdays coming up that I will be making cards for later this week.  

On a more personal note, I have a good feeling about this week.  I have a little break from my clinical rotation at the hospital this week, so I am looking forward to getting a lot done.  I am working on some furry scarves for our church fundraiser on November 7th.  I will be doing quite a bit of knitting between now and then. The grand prize is a trip to Disneyworld!  Can you believe that?  Raffle tickets for the trip and more details will be up on my blog tomorrow, so be sure to check back.  I also am hoping to catch up on some laundry, and of course, do some stamping.

I am really hoping that the weather cools down soon.  It's just so warm here still.  It doesn't feel like fall at all.  I am longing for cold, rainy days, with a cup of coffee and some time in my craft room.  That sounds more like fall to me!
