You Inspire Me Card

Pennant shapes are everywhere...and let's be real, I LOVE them {and that's no secret}!  They're fabulous for sentiments, but they also make a great focal image.  They're good for boy cards, girl cards, baby cards...{Forrest Gump anyone?}...birthday cards...get well cards...  I was totally inspired by the cover of Scrapbooks Etc. magazine.  There are some fabulous pennants on the cover and I thought they would be fabulous on the front of a card.  So that was my inspiration point for this card.

Today's card was created using the newest My Pink Stamper stamps.  My Pink Stamper has just released four new stamp sets.  You can check them out over on her blog.  I used the Girlie Sayings stamp set {LOVE}.  So many fun girlie sayings in this set.  It seems like My Pink Stamper has a stamp set for everything!  And she just keeps coming up with more fabulous sentiment sets!

I have a video below walking you through the entire creation of this card.

{You may recognize the flower shape...I am totally in love with this shape.  You can see how I removed the center dots from this Silhouette shape in this video here.}

Also, I want to remind you about National Scrapbook Day {this Saturday, May 5th, 2012}.  I have a project, a video, a challenge and a giveaway.  It's all part of a hop.  Several of the My Pink Stamper Design Team members are participating and will have giveaways as well.  Hope you'll stop by on Saturday and join in the fun!
