Holly Jolly Christmas & Bonus Silhouette Studio Tutorial

Hi everyone!  I hope your week has started out great.  I spent a lot of time getting stuff done today...and that always makes me feel good.  I'm hoping to head out and do some Christmas shopping tomorrow after a meeting at work.  It's such a busy time of the year!

Today's card is a super simple project.  It can be put together pretty quickly.  It uses a lot of Silhouette cuts, which makes it the perfect project to mass produce.

As for the fonts, I used Lane Narrow and Kushtie Script.  I have a feeling a lot of people will be asking about that.

I've included a video of the assembly of this card, as well as a bonus video showing how I created the "print and cut" version of the polaroid frame.  There are links to all of the products I used in this project below, including the Silhouette cuts I used.

I think this card will be for my friend Kristen.  She loves holly leaves and berries.

As I was thinking about a project for next week I was wondering what all of you would like to see.  More Christmas?  A break from Christmas?  A specific type of project?  Let me know in the comments below!

Have a fabulous day!

  2. Thanks for all your great tutorials. I appreciate all the time you put into them. I would love to see more Christmas ideas. I still trying to decide on gift card holder ideas for my husbands employees. I loved the one you did last year.

  3. I'm always looking for more Christmas ideas as well. Thanks for sharing your talents! One question. When I click on the silhouette shapes it just takes me to the silhouette store home page. Would you mind telling me what the name of the circle background is? I have a circle background but it must not be the same because it wouldn't resize as nicely as yours did. Thanks!

    1. It's specifically called "circle lace background pattern" by Kolette Hall. :)
