Merry Greetings

With the cold continuing to assault us here in California (we're lightweights), I've been so inspired.  The Christmas feeling is in the air, and it's coming through in all of my crafting right now.

I am loving the Merry Christmas die from Simon Says Stamp and I thought it would be so beautiful floating in front of a window.  I wanted to keep the card design clean and simple over all.  I chose a woodgrain kraft card base and some die cut holly that add just enough umph to the card, without putting it over the edge.  My paper is from Studio Calico, but I also linked to some over at Simon Says Stamp (since Studio Calico isn't carrying it anymore).

What would Christmas be without some glitter?  I chose a gold glitter background for my window, but you could use patterned paper or washi tape.  Experiment with different looks!  It's a lot of fun!

I loved this card so much, I decided to make it in white also.  And I love the white too!  In fact, I don't know which is my favorite.

I've included links to all the products I used in the project below.  I've also included a video tutorial to walk you through the entire creation of this card.

Tell me, which is YOUR favorite?  Are you team white, or team kraft?

Have a wonderful day!  Thanks for stopping by!
