Thanks For Making Me Smile - Rainbow Inking With Dimension

Hi everyone!  I know a lot of the country is experiencing cold weather and snow...so I thought I would bring a little rainbow happiness to your lives today with this fun and colorful technique for adding color and dimension to your cards.

I'll be using some of the new products from Technique Tuesday on this card today.  I love how the Say It Stamp Sets and Dies coordinate so well with the Straight Talk Dies as well.  It's so much fun to be able to mix and match products to create new looks.  I am using the "thanks" sentiments from these collections today, but they have so many more options too!  Be sure to check out all of their new products here.

I used the Straight Talk Die to cut the Thanks at an angle across my card front.  I then added lots of rainbow color with some pigment inks.  I chose pigment inks so they would work for embossing and added a layer of the Wow Ultra High Clear Embossing Powder to give it lots of dimension and shine.  If you don't have pigment inks, use your die inks and then add a layer of VersaMark ink over the top to get the same look.

I've included a video below walking you through the entire creation of this card.  I've also included links to all the products used in this project below.

Thanks for stopping by today!  I hope you've been inspired to create something colorful today.  I hope you stay warm and have a fabulous day!
