Sparkle Watercolor - Kennedy Grace Creations Grand Opening Blog Hop

Hi everyone!  Welcome back!  I hope you are enjoying the spring weather.  Today, I'm taking part in a very special blog hop, celebrating the grand opening of Kennedy Grace Creations.  There's lots of inspiration at every stop along the way...and prizes too!

I've created a card featuring the Sweet Rose stamp set.  I just love this beautiful stamp!

I used some Distress Inks and my Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to do a little bit of sparkle watercolor.  I've used a variation of this technique before...you can check that out by clicking HERE.  This technique is simple...instead of using the normal water brush for watercoloring with your Distress Inks, I used my sparkle pen instead.  The results?  A beautiful, sparkly watercolor image.  It's very hard to capture in a photo.

I also did a bit of partial die cutting on this card.  I'll show you exactly how I did that in the video tutorial below.

Don't forget, this post is a part of the Grand Opening blog hop for Kennedy Grace.  Be sure to check out all of the other projects too!

Click the image above to go directly to the Kennedy Grace online store.

To celebrate their GRAND OPENING - Kennedy Grace Creations will be giving away 3 $25.00 gift certificates to their Online Store.

All you have to do is :

Leave a comment on this blog post and on all of the stops along the hop.

I have included the entire hop order below, so you can be sure to get to every stop along the way!
