Gold Foiled Dry Brush Strokes - Essentials By Ellen November 2017 Release

Hi everyone!  Thanks for stopping by today.  I'm so glad you're here.  I have some fabulous new products to share with you, along with a technique that I absolutely LOVE!  I'll be creating some gold foiled dry brush strokes using the new Essentials By Ellen Abstract Paint Strokes stamp set, along with some Therm-O-Web champagne transfer foil.  You're going to love this one. ;)

I experimented with a lot of techniques for creating this look.  I'll share what worked and what didn't in the video tutorial, so be sure to check that out below.

To watch this video in HD you can visit my YouTube channel by clicking HERE.

In addition to the Abstract Pain Strokes stamp set, EllenHutson.com has also released 2 other stamp sets that I think you'll want to add to your collection as well.  Here's a look at the other card projects that I created using the new Leading Ladies: Photo Lady and Totally Random Sayings.

This post is a part of a mini blog hop celebrating this fabulous new Essentials By Ellen release.  For more inspiration, be sure to head on over to Michele Ferguson's blog.  If you get lost along the way, just start from the beginning at the Ellen Hutson CLASSroom blog.

Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope you've enjoyed these projects.  Be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel and like this video if you haven't done so already.  I greatly appreciate it and YOU!

Until next time, I hope you have a fabulous day!  MUAH!

  1. Love all 3 cards, but especially your first one with the "rainbow" brush strokes. Enjoyed watching your process to get it just the way you wanted the look. Great technique.

  2. That's cute! The first one with brush strokes dipped in gold is very creative. Love all the color and simplicity.

  3. You really worked hard at this one! It looked simple til you started working at it so I was fooled, but it goes to show that to make something look easy or simple may take a whole lot of work and effort! I love the stamp set and the colors you used too!
