Favorite Things - Spring 2015

Hey everyone!  I thought I'd try something a little different and share a few of my favorite things.  I'm a frequent online shopper....I probably buy 90% of my stuff online.  I love it for its convenience and because I can usually find a better deal online.  Since we live in a small town...I can also find things that might not be available here.  It's a win, win, win.

Here's a few things I love.  You may have seen me share them on my Instagram and blog lately.

Flawless Fake Bake

Okay.  I'll admit it.  If I look tan, it's not because I spend hours outside.  I'm a ginger and I do NOT tan.  Plus, I'm a firm believer that sun is not good for you.  But I'm not too proud to admit that I have a bit of vanity and I like to be a little bit bronzed for the summer.  I've tried a LOT of products over the years and this one by far is my favorite.  It goes on smooth.  You can see where you're putting it because it's tinted.  And I love that I can put on several layers if I want darker color.  This stuff saves me from being the same color as my white shorts in the summer!

Anker Portable USB Cell Phone Charger

I'm on my phone a lot.  We're a family on the go.  There's nothing more frustrating than when my phone dies (and I have to admit, I may go into some withdrawals when that happens.  I keep this lipstick sized charger in my purse to charge my phone at baseball games, when I'm out shopping or when I'm at work.  I love it!  AND it's GOLD!  Be still my heart.  I also love THIS mini charging cable that I keep in my purse to charge on the go.

Delta Leland Kitchen Faucet

Our kitchen faucet was in bad shape and needed to be replaced.  There are just too many options out there.  BUT my bestie Breanne had this faucet installed in her brand new house and I loved the style. Decision made.  I ordered it from Amazon in the Arctic Stainless color.  I came home from work last night to find that my husband had installed it!  He told me to "hurry up and wash my hands" and then I saw it!   It's gorgeous!  And I love that the end pulls out for easy rinsing.  It's so pretty and functional that I almost WANT to do the dishes...ALMOST.

Amazon Prime Membership

Seriously could NOT live without my Amazon Prime Membership.  There are lots of benefits to prime on Amazon.  I love it for the free two day shipping on all things marked with the check mark.  My husband loves it for the movies that he can stream for free and the ebooks he can read on his Kindle.  I order everything from dog food, to hair products, to craft supplies on Amazon.  When the dog is running low on food, I can have it delivered right to my door for the same price that Target sells it for.  Can't beat that convenience!

Sizzix Big Shot White

The Sizzix Big Shot has long been a favorite crafting tool of mine.  This year when I was at CHA, I was so happy to see that they've now made them in white!  As you may know, my craft room has a lot of white and I love for it to look neat and tidy.  I knew that this would look great in my craft room.  It was a splurge, but I bought it.  I also found that Ellen Hutson has a great price on this clean looking die cut machine.  Finally, a die cut machine that doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in my craft room.

We R Memory Keepers Fuse Tool

I'm having a blast with the new We R Memory Keepers Fuse Tool.  You may have seen this week's video tutorial where I made a planner dashboard.  I also saw THIS fun idea over on the In Touch blog and can't wait to try it.  So many possibilities with this fun tool.  It's like a Seal O Meal for your craft room.

CND Solar Oil

I'm a nurse and my hands take a beating.  But I love this CND Solar cuticle oil.  I give my cuticles a good dose of this before heading to bed to try to ward off all the peeling cuticles and split nails that are a part of being a nurse and washing your hands often.  It helps keep my cuticles in shape.  And I love the way it smells!

So there you have it.  A look at some of my favorite things!  Hope you enjoy.  You can click the title of each product to link to the web page.  Or I've included the links below.

Have a fabulous Saturday!
