Two Toned Stamping - Rock N Roll Technique - Featuring Essentials By Ellen Modern Christmas

Hey everyone!  Welcome back.  It's been a busy week here on the Sprinkled With Glitter blog.  I've been sharing projects that feature the new September release from Ellen Hutson, LLC.  I have another project for you today featuring the Modern Christmas stamp set.  If you missed Tuesday's post featuring Bare Ware 2, be sure to check it out by clicking HERE.

In today's video tutorial, I'll show you how to create two toned stamped images using an oldie but goodie technique that was called Rock N Roll back in the day....when I was just a wee lassie crafter. ;)

I'm also using the patterned tree in the stamp set to create an almost woodgrain texture on the background of this card.

Be sure to check out the video tutorial below, I'll walk you through the entire creation of this card.

This post is a part of a blog hop featuring all of the new Essentials by Ellen September release products.  Looking for more inspiration featuring the new Essentials By Ellen goodies?  Hop on over to my friend Carolyn Peeler's blog.  She's super talented.  You won't want to miss what she has for you.  Also, hop on over to The CLASSroom blog for lots more inspiration.

I'll also give you an up close look at the entire September release in the video tutorial below.  Be sure to check it out.  Good stuff!

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you enjoyed this project.  Until next time, I hope you have a fabulous day!

  9. I really liked your card and video. I subscribed. I've been searching for the perfect gold embossing powder for years! I think the one on your card is just what I've been looking for. I bookmarked it and the Darice tips. Hope the tips come back in stock soon so I can order them both.
